The project is a new hangar facility 18,750 sf warehouse area and 3,600 sf two story office areas for a total of 22,350 sf. The work includes a new pre-engineered metal building with structural concrete slab on grade and foundation and related site improvement works. Building was fully sprinklered, fully air-conditioned office areas. Work includes selection of interior finishes and furnishings.
