Next Design along with the Contractor, Hawaii Builders, LLC has worked on the design permitting and construction of the new Office / Warehouse Building.

Conveniently located in the The Mill Town Center Industrial Subdivision in Waipahu. The building will be the main office and warehouse for one of the largest maintenance and cleaning company in the State. The new two-story building was built out of masonry exterior walls with exterior finish system, corrugated metal mansard roof, build-up roofing on penalized construction flat roof area. The building footprint is 50 feet by 100 feet with demising wall on middle to separate the building in half. Open parking and loading area on situated along the side of the building.
