The New Media Center highlights some of their technological-oriented tenants by the exterior professional-“techie” design. The major renovation design was focused on highlighting their main street access entry. A custom metal awning suspends above the entry. Metal grate panels interjected with slivers of crystallized glass ceramic white panels were used to clad the main stairway. The white panels clad the major walls of the building that provides a high resistance to staining, pollution, and graffiti. The remainder of the building are accented with paint and smaller metal awnings.

New landscaping was provided to soften the feel the of the site. The interior common areas, including the ground floor lobby, elevators, restrooms, and security office, were also renovated.
