Project Summary

Design-build for a 20 mile bike and pedestrian path stretching from Lihue to Anahole, a continuation of the 2.5 mile Lydgate State Park Bike Path.  The program included new public restrooms, rest pavilions, picnic shelters, and re-building of four existing bridges along the pathway.

The railings are ornated by pineapple and sugarcane graphics representing the crops that once furnished the areas.
