PROJECT SUMMARY: This was a tenant improvement for the Applebee’s Restaurant & Bar chain, which serves a wide variety of comfort foods serve for lunch and dinner. The project consisted of full tenant improvement from a new loft space to a full and functional restaurant with a new kitchen, restrooms, Bar and Dining area capable of seating 230. The work also includes installing a new storefronts that blend in and in compliance with the Center Design Guidelines. All utilities are tied in to the stubs provided by the shopping center.
