PROJECT SUMMARY: The existing First Hawaiian Bank was completely renovated in 2018. The exterior entrance of the building was relocated to create a presence and increase visibility from the main highway. The façade is designed to integrate within the existing architecture of the building while updating the image of the bank consistent with the current branding. The addition of a secure
24/7 vestibule, lighting changes and relocated entrance help to address security concerns. The materials and finishes were selected to capture the essence and flavor of Hawaii Kai with elements of ocean and sand.
