The building will be the main office and warehouse for one of the largest maintenance and cleaning company in the State. The new two-story system, corrugated metal mansard roof, build-up roofing on penalized construction flat roof area. The building footprint is 50 feet by 100 feet with demising wall in middle to separate the building in half. Open parking and loading area on situated along the side of the building.
