PROJECT SUMMARY: The existing 43-story Maile Sky Court was renovated into the Holiday Inn Express and consisted of renovation to all the guestrooms and common areas, including the lobby, dining areas, recreational areas, and pool deck. Inspired by the sunsets, oceans, and lush forests of Hawaii, the finishes and furnishings were refreshed to bring the island lifestyle throughout the hotel.

An open layout of the registration and lobby design reflects the island colors and textures while greeting guests with the trade wind breezes.

Contemporary lines and colors of the delectable local fruits were inspiration for the finishes in the breakfast area.

Pool level renovation includes accommodation of breakfast area, outdoor seating and refresh of pool area.
