PROJECT SUMMARY: Tenant improvement project for a restaurant chain serving a wide variety of pancakes and other American breakfast/diner fare. The work was to convert existing bank and office spaces into a restaurant with a full kitchen, restrooms, and a dining area for about 100 seats.
The work also included installing a new storefront, grease interceptor, air-conditioning units, and gas supply. This was one of the first IHOPs in Hawaii that used their new branding concept.
