PROJECT SUMMARY:
The design of the Kapalama Center was inspired by the current vibrant industrial neighborhood while updating its look to blend with the future residential units planned for the areas north of the Center. The design layout of the Center took into consideration the overall master plan which will span from Kohou Street to Waiakamilo Road.
The renovation of Kapalama was the Owner’s first of many projects in the revitalization of the Kapalama district as a “live, work, jam, and learn” urban center from Nimitz Highway up Waiakamilo Road and along Kapalama Canal. It is part of the continuing evolution of the greater Honolulu community.
